For android

You can download metatrader 4 or metatrader 5 from there offical website.

After downloaded, click on "Manage accounts" like in this image:

Click on the "+" sign:

Choose "Log in to an existing account" and select your server:

You will see the login window:

Where:

Login (User) = {Your trading account number}

Password = Trading account password (You can get the password from your broker personal area).

If you copy-paste the password make sure there are no extra blank spaces.

Please note that If you're not sure about which is your trading password, Please visit your broker's personal area and recover your trading password there, or contact your broker live support chat.

For IoS

You can download Ios from appstore:

After downloaded click on "Settings" on the right lower part of the screen:

And chose "New account":

Select your brokers (if you have downloaded the platform from our website you will see this option) and go to the login:

Where:

Login (User) = Account number.

Password = Trading account password (You can get the password from your broker personal area)

Server = Your broker server (You can check from your personal area).

For Window

Click in "Login to trade account" like in the image

And put the login details there:

Log in (User) = Your trading account number.

Password= Trading account password ( not Investor Password)

Server= Choose the server (you can check from the broker personal area site) .

(Do NOT type the server number and name together at the same time, just one of them)

Please note that the trading password and the password from your broker site login (personal area) is different.

I'm successfully logged in but why can't I open a trade?

In case if you have login with the investor password, you cannot be able to open the trade and cannot modify it. In the case you should restore your password from the broker personal area

I have restored my trading password but again i could not login with that, what is the issue?

Please make sure:
You are copying the password without spaces or typing it manually.

You are not currently using automatic web page translation.
Try to restore a new password and login with the new one or contact to your broker live support chat.

I see the "NO CONNECTION" area. How can I fix it?

We would like to inform you that when you are connecting with an incorrect trading password, you may first see a "No connection" error, which soon turns into an "Invalid account" error.

How to fix connection issues on your MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 platform?

Try to login to the trading account again using the newly generated trading password.
Try rescanning the servers.
Try restarting your MT4/MT5 again.
